This inspection includes a minimum of 2 outdoor air samples and 1 air sample per 1000 square feet of living space . Will include surface sampling based on findings and the decision chart. Laboratory reports are generally available within 48 hours or sooner.

Limited Mold Inspection

A limited non -invasive visual examination of the readily accessible, visible and installed systems and components located only in the room or  limited area as agreed to prior to the inspection.

This inspection includes a minimum of 2 outdoor air samples and 1 air sample of the area in question. Will include at least 1 surface sample . Laboratory reports are generally available within 48 hours or sooner.

Surface Sample Testing

Swab or tape lift surface sample testing of targeted area (s) of choice sent to the laboratory of choice

Whether you need to gather data for a mold litigation case, have potential health concerns due to mold exposure or are just looking for peace of mind, Jeff Bennett , CMI is ready to provide the knowledge and hands-on experience you need to get you the information needed.

The first step is to set an appointment with our Support Coordinator. She will answer any questions you have about the process and set an appointment for Jeff Bennett, certified mold inspector to collect data and samples from your environment. 

Our mold testing and inspection process happens in two-steps. Jeff Bennett, CMI will perform a visual mold inspection followed by a collection of environmental samples and readings. 

Visual Mold Inspection:
Jeff Bennett CMI will begin the process with an interview of the client to identify problem areas, health, and legal concerns. 

Note: If you are currently involved in a legal litigation, we cannot start the process of mold testing. A multi-point exterior inspection of the property will be conducted to look for potential microbial growth, unusual humidity levels, and water intrusion. The interior inspection will include a visual check for mold, humidity, temperature readings, and an inspection of your HVAC system. Based on the results of the visual mold inspection and interview, recommendations will be made for the sampling process.

Mold Test Samples:
Exterior and Interior air quality samples will be taken for comparison. Jeff Bennett may performs a swab sample of the HVAC system gaining further insight into the environments air quality. Additional testing is available. 

Once the mold test is completed, the biological samples are overnighted to a third-party AHIA Certified Microbiology Laboratory under Chain of Custody. The environmental samples are received and properly logged into the laboratory and analysis begins. Upon completion of the microbiology report the Technical Mold Analyst assigned to your account will compile all the information collected into a single report. The results of the mold test samples will usually be available between 1-3 business days after receipt at the laboratory.
